IF THE TOOL IS DAMAGED,DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED ON DAMAGED TOOLS. RENTALS ON A CREDIT CARD WILL BE BILLED AFTER THE TOOL IS RETURNED & INSPECTED, WHEN ORDERED BY PHONE YOU AGREE TO PAY THE RENTAL FEE PLUS A REPAIR/REPLACEMENT COST OR THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
