Shipping & Returns

We normally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM local are normally processed for shipping the following business day. All orders are on a first come first serve basis. We have multiple copies of many caliber reamers, even so, there are times when all the tools are out on rental. Your order will be placed in que and filled as soon as a tool becomes available. When this happens we will make every effort to notify you quickly.

If you select overnight shipping:   Be aware that NO SHIPPER currently guarantees actual overnight services.  This method is the fastest delivery method available.

No return shipping labels: In many locals there is one shipper that works better than others.
We do not force you to drive 50 miles to ship your rental back, instead, we allow you to choose the shipping method that is convenient where you reside. Be certain to insure your shipments and retain the receipt as you are responsible for the tools until we receive them. This responsibility of retaining records is part of the rental agreement. Sadly, more tools are lost in return shipping than any other way.

Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of 4D Reamer Rentals LTD.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from 4D Reamer Rentals LTD. This Warranty does not apply to rentals (see Rental Agreement).

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, 4D Reamer Rentals LTD will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?
4D Reamer Rentals LTD will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace at our discretion.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from 4D Reamer Rentals LTD is 30 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, misuse or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We can often assist with problems.
