ALL TOOL RENTALS ARE 7 DAYS (Does Not Include Shipping Time). With Shipping time tools are expected back in our facility in 17 calendar days. WEB ORDERS ARE CHARGED AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED. IF THE TOOL IS DAMAGED,DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED ON DAMAGED TOOLS. RENTALS ON A CREDIT CARD WILL BE BILLED AFTER THE TOOL IS RETURNED & INSPECTED, WHEN ORDERED BY PHONE YOU AGREE TO PAY THE RENTAL FEE PLUS A REPAIR/REPLACEMENT COST OR THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT, WHICHEVER IS LESS. LOST OR DESTROYED TOOLS WILL BE BILLED AT REPLACEMENT COST PLUS THE RENTAL FEES. YOU MUST SPECIFY THE CALIBER ON PILOTED TOOLS. NO MODIFICATION OF ANY KIND ON OUR TOOLS IS PERMITTED.
