Individual Reamer Pilot Rental
Individual reamer pilots let you rent exactly the diameters you need for a removable-pilot or bushing-style chamber reamer. Enter each pilot size in the required field and set the total quantity in your cart.
Availability
We stock a wide range of pilot diameters, but not every possible size. Your order will be filled with every available pilot that matches your request.
Any pilot we can’t supply is refunded when your order is closed out after the tools are returned. We can’t guarantee any specific diameter is in stock.
Not Sure Which Size You Need?
If your bore measurement is uncertain, or you’re chambering more than one barrel, a pilot set is usually the better choice. Each set includes six graduated pilots for one caliber, so you can test-fit in the barrel and use the pilot that fits best.
Why Pilot Fit Matters
A properly fitted pilot keeps the reamer concentric with the bore, reducing chatter and producing a straighter, more accurate chamber.
