You may request extra pilots at a $5 rental fee per pilot. Set the total quantity needed in the shopping cart.

We do not stock every possible pilot diameter. Orders will be filled with all available pilots that match your request, and any unavailable pilots (bushings) will be refunded when the order is closed out upon tool return. No guarantee is implied that a specific diameter is in stock.

If your project requires multiple pilot sizes, or you are unsure which diameters will best fit your bore, please consider renting a pilot set. Pilot sets provide a range of diameters and are often the most efficient option for variable bore conditions or multiple barrels.
